- Will my clients see “aptidesk”?
- No. Everything your clients touch — your booking page, their portal, invoices, and emails — carries your business name and logo, never “aptidesk.” You can also send email from your own custom domain.
- Does aptidesk write my session notes for me?
- Yes. Record the session — or just talk through a quick recap afterward — and aptidesk drafts two summaries (an analytical one for you and a warm, client-ready one) plus the action items and goals. You edit and approve before anything is sent.
- Does a bot join my video calls, like other AI notetakers?
- No. No bot ever joins your call, recording is always optional, and audio is never stored — it's turned into text and immediately discarded. Everything kept on the platform is encrypted at rest, so even we can't read it.
